PLANNING and ORGANIZING Audit Department has an aim to ensure other departments are in compliance with Company policies, internal office memo, acceptable standards, and other legal provisions. With a goal in mind, it is easier for the department to set up a procedure to attain such. However, prior the accomplishment of goal, the people behind it, composing of Audit Managers and Associate Auditors, should be aware of their roles and responsibilities: Audit Managers are to assist and review work of associate auditors. They are also the ones responsible for the reporting of the audit results to higher management. Meanwhile, associate auditors are responsible to perform detailed tasks based on accomplished audit program and procedures.
